Good morning,
Today, October 15, is the next payment date for the Disney World trip in March. A $200 payment is expected today as per the calendar laid out by American Travel Consulting.
Some of you have an auto-pay feature enabled and some do not. If you need to make a payment manually, please login and complete that task so we can all stay up-to-date with payments.
CREDITS FROM THE SOCK SALE – The sock sale ends tomorrow. Once it is wrapped up and we have received a payment from FundsNow, we will apply any credit to the student’s account on the trip website. This will lower your overall balance. We will not likely be in a position to do this for another two weeks due to getting the check cut to us, etc, so please make today’s payment as scheduled.
TRIP MEETING – Please make sure you have Monday, February 24 at 6:00pm marked in your calendar for a mandatory trip meeting. We will meet and go over important information and details, including medication procedures with Nurse Fields.

Good morning,
Our spring trip to Disney World in March 2025 has PLENTY of passengers at this point. Thanks to all who have signed up. It’s going to be an awesome trip!
NEXT PAYMENT – The next payment due to American Travel Consulting is October 15. Some of you have an auto-pay feature and some do not. Please adhere to the payment dates so we don’t run into issues down the line.
SOCK SALE FUNDRAISER – We will apply credits from the sock sale later in October. We need the sale to close and to receive payment from Funds Now. Then we will sort out the various credits and apply them to the student’s account. This will occur well after the next payment that is due October 15. Remember that each pack of socks sold earns $5 towards the spring trip or towards next year’s fees. https://
CANDLE SALE FUNDRAISER – We will run the Alabama Candle Company sale again in November as we did last year. $5 from each candle sold will go toward spring trip accounts or next year’s band fees. More details will be provided later.
SPRING TRIP MEETING – Please mark your calendars for a mandatory trip meeting on Monday, February 24 at 6:00pm. TONS of information is presented at this meeting along with a chance to iron out medicine procedures with Nurse Fields.
