Good morning and happy first day of school, band families! At our meeting on Tuesday, August 12th, we will submit our 2025-26 officers for approval. The list is attached for your review. If you would like to submit another candidate for one of these roles, please submit it to the nominating committee — Cindy Hotchkiss, Melissa Townsend, Beth Pettipiece, and Kendra Gurtler — no later than 5 pm Monday, August 12th. The nominating committee is copied on this email. If any alternate candidates are submitted, they will be presented for discussion and voting at Tuesday’s meeting. We are still seeking a vice president who can manage fundraising and sponsorship efforts.
