FINAL PAYMENT – Your final balance must be paid by February 1. Two payment dates recently passed – December 15 and January 1. It would be easy to miss those dates given the busyness of the holidays. Please log in and make a payment if you missed those dates.
TRIP REHEARSALS – All students going on the trip need to rehearse after school from 3:30 to 4:30 on these dates:
February 18
February 24
February 27
March 6
March 12
ROOMING LIST – The students will sign up for roommates early next week. Only the students in quad occupancy rooms need to sign up. All students and adults traveling in other room types (triple, double, single) are already accounted for and do not need to sign up on the rooming list.
TRIP MEETING – At least one parent must attend a mandatory trip meeting on Monday, February 24 at 6:00pm. Students are also highly encouraged to attend. Lots of information will be covered and Nurse Fields will be on hand to help with medication procedures and questions.
