Good morning,
We will pass out music and information sheets today in band classes for 2026-27 placement auditions that will occur in May. These auditions will determine which band class the students will be placed in, either Symphonic Band or Wind Ensemble.
The dates for auditioning are May 5 or 6, depending on your instrument. That information is contained on the info sheets attached. Students will stay after school one of those days. They should be wrapped up no later than 5:00.
Students will receive a grade for completing the audition process like we did last year.
CURRENT SENIORS will not audition and are exempt from the grade requirement.
