Good morning,
We are passing out the information and forms this week for the candle sale that will benefit the student’s spring trip account or 2025-26 band fees.
Some important info:
*Candles are $12 each.
*You will take up payment for each candle by cash or check.
*Checks are made out to Chelsea HS Band.
*All order forms and all money are due by November 20.
*Candles should arrive the first week of December.
*Students will pick up the candles and distribute them to those who ordered once they arrive.
*Each candle sold will earn $5 toward the spring trip or next year’s fees.
This is a low-tech sale – nothing is online. Orders are written down on a sheet and you will collect the money and turn in the order form and the money at the same time, on or before November 20.
We will pass out forms and large ziploc bags to the students this week (most will get them today). The forms the students receive are the same that are in the attachment in the email.
These make great gifts for Christmas or otherwise since they will arrive the first week of December. This is the same company we used last year, and the sale did quite well.
