Hello Band Families!
We first of all want to extend our heartfelt THANKS to all the volunteers who made our opening night such an amazing success! Everyone from our fry guys to cleanup crew had a wonderful, giving attitude and that is priceless. We have worked out several bugs and gained ideas to make our concessions program an even greater success!
That being said, we have made some recent updates to our Concession Stand Sign Up Genius. There are now opportunities to staff a NEW Drink Tent and Lemonade tent as well as our old Friend, the Pepsi Trailer! We are expecting to need extra hands especially with this week being CYC game night. All Chelsea Youth Football players and Cheer are invited to attend FREE if they wear their Jersey/uniforms. Thank you for considering giving your time and energy helping staff our concessions! We couldn’t make this fundraiser work without the help of volunteers!

Good morning, band families!
Our concessions team has been working overtime to equip the new home concession stand and to upgrade/improve what will now be the visitor stand (the former home stand). Many wheels are in motion, and we need your help more than ever to make this year’s concessions operation a success for our band program and our students! Our first game is Friday, August 23rd. The new home concession stand final inspection is scheduled for this Wednesday. Assuming it passes inspection, we will be able to access the new stand and begin moving in equipment and supplies as they are delivered.
Concessions sales are the PRIMARY fundraiser for the Chelsea band program. We can’t be successful without help from EVERYONE.
The 2024 home football season concessions sign up is NOW LIVE. Please
review the signup genius and sign up for the home game(s) you are available to help. (Note – during the setup process, some individuals who were on the 2023 signup may have received notifications related to the 2024 signup genius. If you signed up during that process, you will need to review the NEW 2024 signup, and sign up again. Apologies for any inconvenience!)
Remember: After the required 1 shift per band student, parents and family members aged 17+ may earn work credit hours to apply to next year’s band fees by working extra shifts. ($10 per hour for each hour worked,maximum $200 credit). If you prefer not to work a shift in the concession stand, you may pay the $250 opt out fee. This fee will be assessed to the accounts of anyone who does not sign up to work a shift.
