We are planning a field trip to UAB and to attend a concert by the Alabama Symphony Orchestra. This will take place Friday, November 21 (the day before Thanksgiving break).
The permission form is attached. These permission forms are also being handed out in class this week. This is an optional field trip. The cost is $35, which includes bus transportation, substitute costs, the symphony ticket, and a meal voucher for lunch at the UAB Commons.
There is a hard deadline for forms and money to be returned by November 7. We cannot add students after that date.
