We kicked off an exciting fundraiser yesterday at the end of practice. We are starting a FILL THE DRILL campaign!
Basically, the challenge is to take a $1 donation and then mark off one drill spot on the sheet. We have 157 students in marching band and the sheet has 157 “dots” or drill spots. Each $1 donation marks off a drill spot.
Ideally, students would fill out their drill sheet and take up $157 worth of donations. Then they could start a second sheet. However, any amount is acceptable! If students can only fill out 20 or 30 spots, that is still positive money for the band program.
All forms and money will be due Thursday, October 2. When money is turned in it must be either cash or check (made out to CHHS Band).
We have some fun incentives for our top donation gatherers – multiple gift cards to Chick-Fil-A, 4th and Inches, SoCal Smoothie, as well as a pair of brand new air pods. We have lots of candy to give out as well!
