Hello band families! Please save the date for these important events coming up!
– No band booster meeting this week – there are no new topics to discuss, and with the concert on Thursday and cleanup day on Sunday, we decided to postpone meeting until next month. Minutes from the January meeting are attached.
– MORE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! Our concession stands are in need of a final cleanup for the year, and we need your help! Please mark your calendars for our Concession Cleanup Day on Sunday, February 25th, at 2 pm. This includes a general wipe down and cleaning of counters, refrigerators and other surfaces as well as the floors, and exterior cleanup, which includes pressure washing and blowing dirt off outside areas. Cleaning supplies will be provided, but please bring your own work gloves. Visit our signup genius link for more details and sign up if you are available. Everyone who attends will receive volunteer credit hours for participating.
– Pre-MPA Concert this Thursday, Feb 22, middle school bands at 6:00 and 6:30, HS Concert Band at 7:00, Wind Ensemble at 7:30 in the high school auditorium
– Spring trip meeting for everyone attending the trip on March 19 at 6:00 pm in the high school auditorium
– DATE CHANGE – BAND BANQUET – Tuesday, April 23rd. Location: Church at CW. Look for more details and reservation info coming soon!
