Hello everyone,
Thank you for your patience after yesterday’s change to playing the game Thursday. We had to work on changing a zillion moving parts. Many hours of manpower have been exhausted in the last day, and we appreciate your grace and patience as we worked through a crazy situation.
The full band will travel to Saraland on charter buses this Thursday! We are excited for this opportunity to support the Chelsea Hornets and represent our community.
The itinerary is attached. Please note these important points:
*We will provide dinner upon arrival at Saraland.
*Dinner provided is a Foosackly’s chicken tender box. There will also be some salads available.
*We will provide the students Domino’s Pizza before the ride home.
*Winds and percussion will wear the blue shirt and black shorts under the uniforms.
*We will perform the full halftime show like a regular game.
Again, thank you for bearing with us as we worked through a complex situation. Huge thanks go out to Sheri Thompson and Angie Seabolt for their enormous efforts to help out the band with these changes.
