We are excited to announce our Spring Trip for 2026 to San Antonio, Texas! We will perform in the Fiesta Flambeau Parade!

*Trip dates are April 22-26, 2026.
*All students in the Marching Hornet Pride are eligible to attend the trip!
*PLEASE PLEASE read the attachments carefully. VIEW ALL RELEVANT DOCUMENTS HERE.
Registration for trip participants must be completed online. Links are included in the attachment or can be accessed here: https://
*ONCE ON THE WEBSITE, you will click the Register button on the right side OR click the Login button (if you have traveled with American Travel Consulting before in previous trips).
*AS YOU ARE CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT – Adults ONLY (18+) – Students may NOT create their own account or sign waivers. Once an adult creates an account, students can be added as a “traveler”.
*IN THE REGISTRATION section, you will fill out a lot of information, including address, dietary info, medical insurance, etc. Please fill out these sections fully and responsibly.
**AGAIN THIS YEAR** Trip payments will be made online through our travel company, American Travel Consulting. The deposit is due by September 1. The dates for further payments are listed on the website. https://
*PARENTS TRAVELING ON THE TRIP are agreeing to serve as chaperones. You will be required to pass a background check in the next few months as required by Shelby County Schools.
*NO PAYMENTS will be made to the school or sent to Mr Lawley. All payments are handled online through the above website.
*TRAVEL INSURANCE is highly recommended!! You will have the option to add this to your registration. This insurance is in addition to the trip rate. Enhanced Protection is the best option because it provides cancel-for-any-reason insurance.
*IF YOU DECLINE INSURANCE, you will need to sign a waiver stating you declined insurance and understand the risk associated with that. That form will be provided to us by our Central Office.
*Again, registration and payments are completed online. You can pay any amount at any time, with at least $100 by September 1, and the final balance by March 15, 2026. We will send reminders and information along the way.
*FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES – We plan to run TWO fundraisers to help the students earn money toward their trips. The first will be a fundraiser in September (actual fundraiser is yet to be determined). Then in November we will run the CANDLE SALE that we ran last year. Again, each item sold will earn money directly to their trip account.
