Hello band families!
We wanted to share information with you that was handed out to students during classes on November 1st for a SPRING TRIP FUNDRAISER.
Alabama Candle Company — a variety of scented candles in 9 oz jars, sold for $12 each. These make great gifts and stocking stuffers for the gift-giving season! Please see a PDF of the brochure attached. (A hard copy was provided to students during their class period.)
Students earn 50% —
$6 per candle to go toward their trip account.
What if students are not participating in the spring trip? Funds may be applied as credits toward next year’s band fees.
All funds must be collected when candles are ordered. Please make checks payable to Chelsea High School Band. If you would like to have buyers pay you via cash, venmo or other apps and turn in one payment for the candle order, that will be very helpful!
ORDER DEADLINE – Friday, November 17th, is the last date orders can be accepted in order for items to be received in time for delivery before the winter holiday break. Please turn in the order form along with all funds collected on or before that date. Feel free to print additional copies of the order form — attached.
