This week, the Chelsea Band program has several essential events, providing a great chance for students, parents, and guardians to get involved and learn more.
On May 1 at 6:00 pm, the Band Booster meeting will take place. Here, parents and guardians can learn about the program’s upcoming activities and events, as well as the new band website.
The signing night and Band 101 information session will take place on May 2 at 6:00 pm. It is specifically designed for students and their families to learn about the different components of the band program, including concert band, jazz band, and marching band. Also, students can officially commit to participating in the program for the upcoming school year.
The after-school leadership meeting is scheduled for May 3 at 3:15 pm. It is crucial for the program’s student leaders to come together and discuss plans for the upcoming school year.
Finally, percussionists will have an after-school practice session on May 4 from 3:15-4:30 pm. They will be working on the music for next year’s marching show.
