Please read below for some quick information and reminders about our Washington, DC trip as of January 30:
Payments:
*The next payment is due Thursday, February 1.
*The final balance is due March 1.
*You can make a payment at any time through the online portal.
Trip rehearsals:
*The students going on the trip will meet after school from 3:30 to 4:30 to rehearse for the Cherry Blossom Parade.
*Trip practices are March 19, March 21, April 4, and April 8.
Mandatory trip meeting:
*At least one parent of each traveling student must attend a very important informational meeting.
*The meeting is Tuesday, March 19 at 6:00pm in the CHHS Auditorium.
*We will present information about itinerary items, what to bring and pack, etc.
*Nurse Fields from CHHS will be available to answer questions concerning student medicine.
*PLEASE mark your calendars for this meeting.
Rooming assignments:
*We will begin room sign-ups with the students in mid-February.
*If the students are signed up for the quad package, they need to begin thinking of their roommates so the process is a little quicker.
*Students who signed up for the triple package have already been contacted concerning their roommates.
